Case History
A 31 year male patient presented with chest discomfort radiating to the back. There was no exertional dyspnea or angina. What is the Diagnosis??
Large aneurysm of descending thoracic aorta compressing the left AV groove with layered thrombus.
The Echo clip of SAX, PLAX & four chamber view shows, there is a large aneurysm of descending thoracic aorta measuring 8.7 x 7.8 cm which has a layered thrombus and is seen to indent the left AV grove.
