Solid arrows point to possible focal aneurysm in mid LAD and proximal RCA. No thrombus is seen within the aneurysms. The biventricular function was normal. The measurements of the arteries was as below with an extremely high Z score.

LAD = 7.8 mms (Z score = + 18.24)
LCX = 4.3 mms (Z score = + 7.59)
RCA = 8.9 mms (Z score = + 18.87)
