Case History
A 34 years female patient was referred for trans esophageal echo with history of Chest pain and SOB since last 1 month, on auscultation -Continuous murmur +. What is the Diagnosis??
RSOV into RA
The ME 0 degree view (4 Chamber) shows there is continuous turbulence in the RA. The ME 70 degree view (SAX view) shows the posterior one third of the
RCC of the aortic valve is deformed and there is evidence of rupture of this sinus into the RA. The aortic end of the rupture measures 6 mm.
